Support

UpcycleMe analyses a permitted material photograph and provides four practical project ideas with complete safety guidance.

Supported photographs

Upload a clear, well-lit JPEG, PNG or WebP photograph up to 10 MB. The photograph may contain one item, several similar items, or a useful combination of supported materials. UpcycleMe currently recognises old wood, discarded textiles or clothing, reusable plastic objects and old vehicle or bicycle tyres.

What cannot be uploaded

Do not upload people, faces, children, animals, documents, financial or private information, inappropriate content, screenshots, unsupported objects, or dangerous or contaminated materials.

Troubleshooting

  • Photograph the materials in natural light and avoid blur, deep shadows or glare.
  • Items may be piled, unfolded, overlapping or surrounded by ordinary background objects. Make sure the reusable materials remain sufficiently visible for identification.
  • Confirm the file is JPEG, PNG, or WebP and no larger than 10 MB.
  • If analysis is temporarily unavailable or rate-limited, wait a few minutes and try again.
  • If the result is uncertain, choose another clearer photograph rather than relying on the suggestion.

Privacy and deletion requests

UpcycleMe does not save submitted photographs in application storage. Read the Privacy Policy for details. For privacy questions, access requests, deletion requests, or technical help, email simplygreenks@gmail.com.
